Highly annoyed couple
Josh made my experience purchasing a vehicle at this location so simple and easy. I highly recommend going to see Josh if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.
Their ploy is to get you there, by any means necessary and then try to sell you a more expensive, unwanted vehicle.
Then Jahmals says those cars are at one of there other locations that was 20 mins away...my immmediate thought was, if you knew we were coming why didn't you bring them over or better yet send us there in the first place.
Where is the negative star button. My husband and I were cautious about going there because of so many bad reviews, but gave it the benefit of the doubt, because they had what we were looking for...or so Jahmal told us. We drive an hour and a half to this dealership only to find out that they didn't have any of the 3 vehicles we were promised, yet were harassing us on the phone to give them our financial information.
Fast talkers but good deal makes.

I found a car I loved. It was a little overpriced but they cleaned it up for me they put new tires on or at least they said they were new tires. And I left relatively satisfied. However, in the first week I find out I need a new battery. It doesn't even hold a charge for more than 24 Hours. In addition they didn't put any Winchell wiper fluid in the car. And now the tire pressure light is staying on all the time. I know these are all really small things. But a great dealer would never have let these things get past them.
I worked all day with the sales rep on the phone to go down there and have the car sold before I got there. I wouldn't recommend this place watch out for zack
